Partial cancellations are not available — if you wish to cancel, it must be done for the full order.
Cancellations are only possible before your order enters the fulfillment process. Once your order status changes to "under fulfillment," it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you will need to receive the order and then initiate a return.
